Support Lifecycle Policy

  • Standard Support:
    We provide support to our customers who have valid support maintenance contracts based on log analysis, past instances and knowledge base.
    It includes assistance in fixing problems , providing patches and upgrading products as necessary.
  • Limited Support:
    We provide support to our customers who have valid support maintenance contracts based on past instances and knowledge base.
    It includes assistance in providing previous patches and upgrading the latest version as necessary.
  • End of Support:
    Technical support will be discontinued. Please upgrade to the latest product version.

In addition, with regards to free utilities such as ImageCenter LE and ImageBoot/HyperBoot, we ensure that we always provide the latest build.
For issues that may occur in the customer’s environment we will analyze the logs, fix the bugs and provide the revised build and ensure that
proper assistance is given to the customers.
